Lhp Napoli Palace & Spa - Naples

The rooftop pool's view was stunning, making my evenings good. The friendly staff genuinely made me feel at home, highlighting their commitment to service.

The hotel had a central position just off Napoli, more pleasant areas of the city and restaurants, and the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium. We were 300 metres away from Publo, that offered quick meals.

i had suite which was outstanding, exceptionally comfortable bed. the venue was in a central location close enough to naples, the piazza leopardi metro stop, and the airport by the airport bus called alibus.

The rooftop bar provided fine views of Naples while enjoying cocktails at sunset, making it a highlight of our stay.

The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly during the first night, leaving us uncomfortable until it was addressed by the staff.

Location is not ideal for accessing the city centre and waterfront.

The hotel seemed like quite a lot of money for what you got. It wasn't in a location close to the main attractions, and there weren't any real special services. I paid the same amount for a hotel in Spain and got a lot more for the value. We asked for a non smoking room but there were people smoking in the hall outside our room. The internet was very expensive. 3 euro for an hour. But in general it was clean and very quiet.

The jacuzzi in the Junior Suite provided an excellent way to unwind after a long day.

The air conditioning in the Junior Suite was initially turned off, leaving the room uncomfortably warm until we called to request it be activated. Room service prices were significantly higher than what you'd expect in other similar hotels, with no amazing food options to justify the cost. The three-course dinner felt more like an oversized meal rather than a balanced dining experience. The bathroom design left much to be desired, as the shower door only partially closed, causing water to spill everywhere.

Concerning the wifi connection, it was not free (3euros per hour or 5 euros for 2 hours). The comments on Booked.net's web site are old, maybe Booked.net could change the description of webpage related to the hotel.

Room was clean and spacey.

Internet was charged even on web site it says that it is free. One woman on reception was not so friendly and hardly spoke English.

The rooftop revealed fine views of Naples while sipping cocktails at sunset. The bar staff were really good. Breakfast featured a delicious variety of treats, including good pastries. The room was spacious, equipped with a jacuzzi, and the decor was genuinely chic-definitely a treat after a long day of sightseeing.

Location not vibrant.

Good breakfast, helpful personnel, quite good value for the charged price.

Serius probably used to be a good hotel. However, it has been largely abandoned by its owners and managers in last years. It could be due to the fact that it is situated in a rather poor part of Naples that may feel even somewhat dangerous. It should drop at least one of its stars

Car parking is quite secured.

Breakfast is poor.

I stayed in a Beautiful Room and it was super modern, clean, and classy. The bed was really comfy, and I loved having the individually controlled air-conditioning! The shower was nice, but a bit on the smaller side. On the other hand, the rooftop pool and bar were fantastic spots to chill after a long day. Just loved the views of Naples from up there!

Just a very enjoyable stay at a friendly hotel...
